17 And (A)the [a]raiders came from the camp of the Philistines in three [b]companies: one [c]company turned [d]toward (B)Ophrah, to the land of Shual, 18 and another [e]company turned to the way of (C)Beth-horon, and another [f]company turned to the way of the border which overlooks the valley of (D)Zeboim toward the wilderness.

19 Now (E)no blacksmith could be found in all the land of Israel, for the Philistines said, “Lest the Hebrews make [g](F)swords or spears.”
